1983 Ford/FMC Omega, 1,000 GPM pumper.
Cat diesel with Allison automatic transmission.
Last used by the King William, Va.  VFD and then sold to
The Halligan Bar & Restaurant/catering service.
Was converted to a Bar-B-Q cooker rig and used at many Bar B Q competitions
as well as in catering large events.
Booster tank and hose bed was removed, new lower bed installed and in the bed
is a dual fuel smoker/cooker that will operate from LP gas or charcoal/wood.
Will cook 2-100 Lb. hogs simultaneously.
Rig is a huge hit anywhere it goes.
Professionally built all aluminum steps at the rear are on rollers so they will
slide right into the bed and lock in place for over the road travel.
This rig would also be perfect for use as a caisson unit,
with lowered bed and wide steps leading right to the bed.
Truck completely serviced when converted to catering vehicle
and a new alternator has been installed.
Q siren not seen in photos or mounted will go with the vehicle.
Truck is ready for the road and is in drive away condition.
For detailed photos contact Tom Herman by email –
To inspect the vehicle or make an offer contact the owner,
Shawn Gregory @ 804-314-9661.

1984 Ford C800/ Saulsbury heavy rescue.
Diesel engine W/automatic transmission.
Includes a PTO driven Harrison high capacity generator & a heavy duty winch at the rear.
Last in service at The King William, Va. VFD and then sold
to The Halligan Bar & Restaurant/catering service, who had professionally installed
beer dispensing equipment mounted in compartments in the rig..
An insulated compartment will hold up to 4 kegs of beer which is cooled by
a Micro-Matic beer cooler before being dispensed out of 4 separate taps on each side of rig.
The taps are mounted on a slide out so the outside appearance of the truck has not been altered.
For the apparatus collector, the beer equipment can be easily removed with no harm to the rig.
Rig was completely serviced in 2016 and is fully road worthy.
This chassis has single rear tires, unusual for a Ford C heavy duty chassis.
Will run at 64 MPH over the road. Many more photos available by request,

Chesterfield Fire Department - The Original Thirteen Departments
by David C. Creasy, Sr. features many never-before-published photos
in an 8.5" x 11" soft cover, coffee table book

These commemorative books are numbered as they are sold with a printed personal note from the author. A portion of the proceeds benefits the Chesterfield Fire and EMS Memorial, don't delay - order now!

Chesterfield County was formed in 1749 but it was not until 1928 that the first volunteer fire department was organized. Twelve more independent volunteer fire departments followed in the years to come.
These departments formed the foundation for what would later become the Chesterfield County Fire Department. This book chronicles their organization and growth in those early years.
It also describes how they would come together in forming the Association of Chesterfield Fire Departments. Read how this group’s efforts truly improved fire protection in the county and started the process of becoming one department. Pictures, many never before published, capture much of this history and illustrate some of Chesterfield Fire Department’s “firsts”.
