I have owned an antique fire truck since 2000. I do all of my maintenance and repairs, with a little help now and then. I retired in 2001 from Lucent Technologies. I took 3 years off and went back to work as a contractor to the Federal Government doing Project Management. In August 2009 I told them, "take this job and shove it", but in more polite words. I am Secretary of CAFAA, a volunteer for Wheels For The World a charity collecting used wheelchairs, active in several church groups and I have my in-college granddaughter living with me.
