Happy Summer! The grandkids and daughter arrive from Hawaii in a week. Our son arrives from Tucson in about 10 days. Life will be good...or at least hectic. First I want to welcome another "long distance" member to our region.

The ODHFS regrets to announce that ODHFS Life Member Patrick Aloysius Bahen, 72, of Mechanicsville, Va., died Wednesday, April 7, 2021, at Bon Secours Hospice in Richmond, Va. Pat was an early Founding Member of the ODHFS having been involved with the club since day one.

ODHFS Central Region Members;Frist, I'm sorry for the delay in my February newsletter but I kept waiting for some new news to pass on to you but until this weekend when I learned about Farmville finally being allowed to have their 150th Anniversary Parade, I had nothing new to report.
Unfortunately, The ODHFS has lost another member. It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Johnnie Ray Blanton of Loris, South Carolina, born in Georgetown, South Carolina, who passed away on February 4, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends.
Good evening all! I hope 2021 is starting out to be a better year for most of you as compared to 2020. As I sit here writing to you all, I am saddened to the fact that more and more events keep getting cancelled for this year.

ODHFS Northern Region NewsletterNovember 2020Recent Member News:The major Northern Region news for this month is we are now on ZOOM! We found the need to have Apple Blossom Committee meetings this way due to COVID restrictions and the distance of some of our members’ location.
We are very sad to announce the passing of a former ODHFS member, Paige Bishop. Paige joined ODHFS April 15, 1981 and maintained his membership until 2004.Paige lived in Powhatan County and owned an X City of Richmond, 1940 GMC/Pirsch Hose Wagon.
