For sale is a Gamewell U-1000 alarm box and pedestal. This pedestal and box have been completely restored and is fully operable, mechanically and electrically. The box is a Northern Electric, (Canada) Gamewell and stood its watch in Montreal Canada. I purchased the pedestal in Allentown PA, from Don and Associates who lives and loves in Cleveland, OH. The box is a “24” style.
This unit stands 75″ (6′ 3″) from floor to tip. Weighs in at about 125 pounds. Exact year is somewhere in the 20s to early 40s.
This box WILL transmit an alarm, if you own a gong!
