Instructions for Submitting Your Classified Ad Online

Complete the Form: To submit your classified ad, please fill out our online form. Providing detailed information will enhance the effectiveness of your ad.

Mandatory Fields: All fields in the form are required. Incomplete submissions will not be processed. Ensure that you fill in every field completely.

Review Process: After submission, our team will review your ad to ensure it meets our posting criteria.

Posting Timeline: Please allow us 2-4 business days to post your ad. We request that you wait for this period before contacting us regarding your ad’s status.

Policy for Current ODHFS Members: Unlimited access to For Sale and Wanted areas of Classified Section of website provided that ad is complete as to what is being sold, included a picture(s), and price.

Ad would run for a period of 90 days at which time it could be “renewed” at request of member for a period of 90 days.

Policy for Non-Members of ODHFS: Items for the For Sale and Wanted areas of the website would be open to non members under the following circumstances:

• Item(s) being offered is an Oren rig or parts for an Oren rig.

• Rig(s) being offered for sale must have spent some of it’s service life in the Commonwealth of Virginia .

• Item is being offered by a fire department, either career or volunteer, within the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Under no circumstances will an item be placed in the Classified Section from a commercial or private vendor who has multiple rigs or items for sale such as from an individually owned and maintained website. Consideration may be given to a private vendor who has an ex-Virginia rig or parts for sale.
