Friday, May 1, 2026 at Redbud Run Elementary School
9:30 to 12:30 Check In for ALL Units at Check In Site/Judging of Antiques
Judging of antiques – in front of Redbud Run Elementary School ONLY.
No Units Will Be Judged After 12:30pm!
12:30 pm All Units Parading With Antiques Must Be On Site By This Time.
Units Arriving After This Time Will Not Be Allowed To Parade With Antiques.
2:00 pm Police ALL school grounds, parking lots, etc. Remove all trash to trash containers.
2:30 pm Mandatory Driver’s Meeting – Redbud Run Elementary School.
AWARDS PRESENTED AT THIS TIME FOR JUDGED UNITS.
Antiques parading with their own department and those carrying dignitaries
will proceed downtown immediately following the driver’s meeting.
3:00 pm Antiques parading with their own fire department and those hauling
dignitaries will proceed downtown at this time.
3:15 pm Line up for trip downtown with law enforcement escort.
All decorations (banners, flags, etc.) are to be placed on vehicle once it is
parked downtown. Modern units will NOT parade downtown with antiques.
5:30 pm Parade steps off. Driver’s are to be at their rigs by 5:00 pm.
Note: No sirens or air horns are to be sounded at line up downtown or during the parade. This is a SILENT parade!
6:30 pm Banquet at Millwood Fire and Rescue Station located at 252 Costello Drive, Winchester.
NOTE: Owner’s/Driver’s are responsible for monitoring visitors climbing on their apparatus while at the site.
